Java Preanger

The Wine Process Method for Java Preanger involves fermenting the coffee cherries in controlled conditions, allowing the natural sugars to develop deeper, wine-like flavors. After fermentation, the cherries are washed and dried carefully. This method produces a coffee with rich, fruity notes, a smooth body, and balanced acidity, giving it a complex and aromatic profile, similar to wine.

The Peaberry Process Method for Java Preanger involves selecting and processing the peaberry beans, which are a natural mutation where only one seed develops inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two. These peaberry beans are carefully handpicked for their unique shape and size. The result is a coffee with a more concentrated flavor profile, often featuring a bright acidity, vibrant fruit notes, and a smooth, full-bodied taste. The Peaberry method highlights the distinctiveness of each bean, delivering a rich and complex cup of coffee.

The Honey Process Method for Java Preanger involves removing the outer skin of the coffee cherry while leaving some of the sticky fruit mucilage on the beans during drying. This process allows the sugars in the mucilage to ferment and infuse the beans with a sweet, rich flavor. The result is a coffee with a smooth body, balanced acidity, and notes of fruit, honey, and mild sweetness. This method enhances the natural flavors of Java Preanger, creating a cup that is both complex and sweet with a pleasant, lingering finish.
